Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a supportive team where you can truly make a difference? At RDCP Care, we're passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care to older adults and people living with dementia. We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our friendly and experienced teams at:
- Heeley Bank Nursing Home – Sheffield, S2
- Autumn Grange Nursing Home – Creswell, S80 (on the outskirts of Worksop)

Your Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Developing, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans in partnership with residents, families and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Safely administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, identifying any changes and arranging GP or specialist healthcare input where required.
- Leading and supporting the care team when acting as Nurse in Charge, including providing effective shift handovers.
- Working collaboratively with GPs, community teams and other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standards of care.

Clinical Skills
Experience in the following is desirable:
- Catheter care
- Medication administration
- Wound care management
- PEG feeding
