Job Details
- Role: Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- Salary: £21.09 per hour
- Contract: 33.75 hours per week (full-time equivalent)
- Benefits:

Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assess residents’ needs and develop/review care plans.
- Administer medication and monitor physical/mental health changes.
- Lead shifts, providing guidance to the care team, making clinical decisions, and responding to evolving needs.
- Ensure dignity, independence, and wellbeing are always prioritised.
- Collaborate closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a well-organised, professional environment.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Nurse (either RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead shifts and mentor a healthcare team.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Experience in a care home setting, though nurses from all backgrounds are welcome to apply if they’re eager to develop within a supportive environment.
