Registered Nurse required in Luton
Complex Care – Registered Nurse (Dunstable, Luton)
Location
Dunstable, Luton.
Pay
£15.25 – £17.00 per hour, with additional enhancements for night and weekend shifts and special bank holiday rates.
Shift Pattern
Day shifts and 12-hour Night Shifts (Full training provided)
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, adaptable, resilient, dedicated and enthusiastic healthcare workers to join our welcoming and highly dedicated team at OneCall24 Healthcare.
An exceptional opportunity has arisen in Luton for carers and nurses to deliver specialist care to an incredible young woman requiring compassionate and professional health support.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing health-related issues throughout the day.
- Supporting with:
- Tracheostomy and ventilator management
- PEG feeding
- Suctioning
- Delivering Person-Centred Care aligned with a Personalised Care Plan, tailored to our client’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ultimate support for complex healthcare needs.
- Work collaboratively with skilled Nurse Managers to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Follow Personalised Care Plans and advocate for the client’s autonomy.
- Offer Emotional and Physical Support in a compassionate manner.
