Registering Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents, ensuring we deliver the quality care they deserve.
Our focus is on you creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs, backed by your professional judgement and ability to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities shall vary widely, spanning from designing tailored care plans to ensuring safe medicine administration and upholding excellence in all tasks performed. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you’ll enjoy autonomy and the freedom to adopt the best practices, while being valued and respected for your contributions.

About You
To join us, you must possess:
- Current NMC registration
- In-depth knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience in crafting well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
