Bank Registered Nurse – Casual, Part-Time Role
About the Role
This is a casual, part-time position offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
You’ll be expected to:
- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs
- Exercise professional judgement when making critical clinical decisions
- Develop tailored care plans
- Ensure safe medicine administration
- Deliver excellence across all aspects of care

About You
To apply, you’ll need:
- Current NMC registration
- Deep knowledge of the latest clinical practices
- Proven experience in care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks:
- DoLs (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards)/MCA (Mental Capacity Act)
- Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- A dedicated, compassionate mindset focused on person-centred care
