About the Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
We'll rely on you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, while also using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include:
- Developing personalised care plans
- Safely administering medicine management
- Delivering excellence in care

About You
To join as a Bank Registered Nurse, you'll need:
- Current NMC registration
- Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience with:
- Developing tailored care plans
- Creating detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including:
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs)
- Mental Capacity Act (MCA)
- Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines
- A dedicated and compassionate approach to person-centred care
