About the Role

Your Responsibilities
Employ your professional judgement to:
- Create tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments for each resident’s unique needs.
- Administer medicines safely in compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines.
- Provide physically, psychologically, and socially supportive care in a safe, secure environment.
- Work collaboratively but with full autonomy to deliver excellence in clinical decision-making and resident well-being.
- Thoroughly understand and uphold Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs), Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and regulatory frameworks.

About You
To thrive in this role, you must bring:
- Current NMC registration (RGN required).
- Proven experience in well-developed care plans and clinical best practice.
- A dedicated, compassionate approach, prioritising person-centred care.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance and learning disability/mental health nursing standards.
- Commitment to capacity-building and continual professional development.
