About the Registered Nurse Role at our Barchester Care Home
You’ll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve.
In this role, you’ll:
- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
- Exercise your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
- Develop personalised care plans.
- Administer medicine safely with excellence in every task.

About You
To join our team, you must fulfil the following:
- Hold current NMC registration.
- Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
- Show proficiency in care planning and risk assessment.
- Understand regulatory frameworks, including:
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs).
- Mental Capacity Act (MCA).
- Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines.
