About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs
- Using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
- Developing tailored care plans
- Ensuring safe administration of medicines
- Delivering clinical excellence in everything you do

About You
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Current NMC registration
- Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience creating well-structured care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- A dedicated, compassionate outlook
- A person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing
