About The Role
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
You’ll play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a variety of physical and mental health needs. Your professional judgement will be integral in making critical clinical decisions, while expecting a broad range of responsibilities—from crafting tailored care plans to administering medication safely and upholding excellence in everything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you’ll have the autonomy to do what’s right while being respected for your contributions.

About You
To thrive in this role, you must hold current NMC registration and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. Experience in creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, along with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards)/MCA (Mental Capacity Act) and Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines.
