Nursing - Willowmere Care Centre
Contract: Full Time and Part- Time
Salary: £22.50 Per Hour

Willowmere Care Centre is a specialist care home in Barnet, North London supporting adults with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. The home offers 119 purpose designed bedrooms and delivers clinically led care within a structured, supportive environment focused on dignity, stability and wellbeing.

£22.50 per hour Full time and part time contracts available Day and night shifts available Pension, Paid DBS, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering safe, effective and person centred clinical care to residents with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions.
You will be responsible for assessing residents’ needs, developing and reviewing care plans, and ensuring care is delivered in line with best practice and clinical standards. You will administer medication, carry out clinical observations and respond promptly to any changes in residents’ health or wellbeing.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support and guide Care Assistants, promote good clinical practice and ensure clear communication across the team. You will maintain accurate and detailed records, support compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to a structured, safe and therapeutic environment.
You will build trusted relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity, independence and individual choice while delivering high quality care in a specialist setting.
What We Are Looking For
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN Experience supporting adults with complex health needs is desirable Strong clinical judgement and assessment skills Ability to lead and support a team effectively Compassionate, professional and person centred approach
