Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Casual Part-Time Role
About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with physical and mental health needs.
- Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
- Develop tailored care plans.
- Ensure safe medication administration.
- Deliver excellence across all duties.
- Have autonomy to work the right way and be valued and respected.

About You
Requirements
- Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks:
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs).
- Mental Capacity Act (MCA).
- Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Compassionate, dedicated, and person-centred approach to nursing.
