Banking Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Part-Time, Casual, Flexible Roles
About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working as a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a dedicated Barchester care home. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of residents by delivering excellent, person-centred care tailored to their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing tailored care plans for residents with diverse physical and mental health requirements
- Administered medicine safely with diligent oversight of clinical interventions
- Making professional clinical decisions to enhance well-being and safety
- Cultivated a supportive, safe environment for both residents and teams alike

About You
We’re looking for a devoted, compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with:
- Current NMC registration, actively up-to-date with clinical knowledge
- Experience in creating detailed care plans and risk assessments
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory frameworks, including:
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs)
- Mental Capacity Act (MCA)
- Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines
- A person-centred and thoughtful approach to nursing
