About The Role
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver the quality care they deserve. We rely on your professional judgement to:
- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental health needs
- Develop tailored care plans
- Ensure safe administration of medicines
- Make critical clinical decisions
As an RGN/RMN, you'll have the autonomy to work independently, delivering excellence across all duties while being valued and respected.

We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team, predominantly on our newly expanded Dementia Nursing Unit.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Current NMC registration
- Familiarity with up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience in:
- Creating well-developed care plans
- Conducting detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including:
- DoLs/MCA
- Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines
- A dedicated and compassionate approach
- Strong commitment to person-centred care
