We currently have a full-time opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Worcester area working the Monday through Friday morning shift. This opportunity provides great earning potential with a competitive base salary and an uncapped incentive plan.

- Communicate and Coordinate: If something changes, you're the one who keeps providers, families, and care teams informed, ensuring patients get the right care at the right time.
- Document and Reflect: At the end of your day, you submit your notes from home—ensuring every visit is recorded accurately, not just for compliance but for the next nurse who continues their care.

What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
- A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.
