Key Details

  • Salary: £22.21 per hour
  • Contract: 33.75 hours per week
  • Benefits:

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN), this role demands leadership, clinical expertise and commitment to person-centred care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor residents’ physical and mental health, updating care plans as needs change
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Lead shifts by supervising staff, maintaining safe and high-quality care standards
  • Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making, ensuring dignity, independence, and wellbeing
  • Work closely with families, residents, and healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless care
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and maintain a well-organised, professional environment

What We Are Looking For

Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with:

  • An active NMC PIN registration
  • Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in leading shifts and mentoring team members
  • Excellent communication and team leadership
  • Care home experience is advantageous (though new talent is warmly welcomed!)
