Key Details
- Salary: £22.21 per hour
- Contract: 33.75 hours per week

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN), this role demands leadership, clinical expertise and commitment to person-centred care.
Your Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents’ physical and mental health, updating care plans as needs change
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Lead shifts by supervising staff, maintaining safe and high-quality care standards
- Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making, ensuring dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Work closely with families, residents, and healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless care
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and maintain a well-organised, professional environment

What We Are Looking For
Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with:
- An active NMC PIN registration
- Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in leading shifts and mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and team leadership
- Care home experience is advantageous (though new talent is warmly welcomed!)
