About the Role
Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of care, including relationship-centred care, clinical care, and dementia care. Strong leadership and clinical knowledge are essential.

- Salary: £22.71 per hour
- Shift Pattern: 33 hours per week (12-hour shifts, Monday–Sunday on rota)
- Location: Monmouth Close, Ipswich, IP2 8RS
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Care Manager to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care
- Audit care plans to confirm they remain appropriate and aligned with resident needs
- Engage residents in meaningful, dignified activities that respect their autonomy and communication preferences
- Lead the clinical team to align with Athena’s vision and Charter
Training, Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified & NMC-registered RN, RMN, or RNLD with a minimum of 1 year post-registration clinical experience
- Proven ability to lead, empower, support, and motivate clinical staff
- Experience delivering high-quality relationship-centred care
