About the Role:
The Cancer Care Rotation Program is aimed at nurses who have completed a minimum one year post graduate nursing experience and who have a genuine interest in cancer care. The program has been designed to assist registered nurses with their professional development during the transition phase from generalist nurse to specialist cancer nurse.
The program will be conducted over a 12 month period with rotation into 4 distinct cancer services (inpatient oncology, inpatient haematology, outpatient treatment including radiotherapy) and will comprise both theoretical and clinical components. The rotation framework aims to provide an interactive learning experience that enables the participants to take a holistic view of cancer nursing, gain specialised clinical skills, gain a better understanding of the services provided to patients undergoing cancer treatment and develop a network of professional resources.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
