Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse – Dementia & Elderly Care (Chickerell, Weymouth)
A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Chickerell, Weymouth area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.
This nursing home specialises in:
- General and dementia nursing
- Residential and respite care for the elderly The home is currently rated as Good by the CQC.
Qualifications & Entry Requirements
To be considered, you must be:
- Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assess residents’ needs and identify priorities of care
- Administer all medication and treatments, in alignment with NMC guidelines and company policy
- Ensure all residents’ care plans are completed and maintained, in partnership with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
- Report any signs of illness among residents and arrange for GP/professional visits as needed
