Role: Registered Nurse

Locations: South West London

Salary: £34,000-£39,000 Depending on experience + a car or allowance

Job Type: Permanent

Other: A full UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required to visit patients at home

We are looking for a Specialist Nurse in South West London who will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions.

This role offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with independent decision-making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home during a crucial stage of their care.

Key Skills

  • An RGN registered with NMC
  • Post-registration experience in an acute care setting

  • Is adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic service environment
