Registered Nurse - Wards - 14 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Kings Park Hospital, Stirling Contract Type: 14 Month Fixed Term, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: Up to £34,000.00 per year (dependent on experience, training, and qualification)
Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team at Kings Park Hospital, a facility renowned for performing more complex surgeries than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
About the Role
This full-time position offers flexible shift patterns and opportunity to deliver direct nursing care in alignment with patient care plans and hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering direct nursing care according to patient care plans and clinical protocols.
- Assessing patient needs, prioritising care, and updating care plans regularly.
- Monitoring vital signs, recognising changes in patient condition, and makingappropriat clinical escalations using robust judgement.
- Administering medications safely and accurately while adhering to hospital policies and the NMC Code.
- Maintaining accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation (assessments, care plans, observations).
- Ensuring all care complies with NMC standards, clinical governance, and hospital policies.
- Identification and reporting of incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks as per procedures.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).
- Have demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
- Display a robust understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Be proficient in IT systems for patient records, documentation, and care planning.
- Previous experience in relevant specialties such as surgical, medical, outpatients, orthopaedics, or critical care would be desirable.
