Job Summary
Nurses UK Group is seeking compassionate, professional, and flexible Agency Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings throughout the UK. The role supports hospitals, nursing homes, residential care facilities, and community healthcare services while upholding the highest clinical practice and patient wellbeing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients and residents.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Adhere to infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and professionals across settings.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Adapt swiftly to diverse clinical environments and shift requirements.
- Uphold Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) professional standards.

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
- Prior experience in hospital, care home, or community nursing preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Strong clinical and organisational expertise.
- Flexibility to work diverse shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Dedication to delivering compassionate and person-centred care.

Notes All shifts must adhere to agency requests, balancing preferences where possible. NMC registration remains the baseline requirement for registration.
