Requirements
Essential
- Registered Nurse (NAPBC) required** status (NMC PIN validation required)
- Minimum 2 years Health/Social Care experience
- Commitment to upholding the NMC Standards of Practice
- Safeguarding awareness: the ability to recognise abuse, harm, or neglect + obligation to escalate concerns
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Role-model professional behaviour
- Valid -(DBS) enh/Get together cleared standard.
Desirable
- Practice supervisor skills to mentor colleagues and assessors student-level support
- Passion for clinical advancement and mentorship in a nurturing, collaborative culture*
