Requirements

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (NAPBC) required** status (NMC PIN validation required)
  • Minimum 2 years Health/Social Care experience
  • Commitment to upholding the NMC Standards of Practice
  • Safeguarding awareness: the ability to recognise abuse, harm, or neglect + obligation to escalate concerns
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Role-model professional behaviour
  • Valid -(DBS) enh/Get together cleared standard.

Desirable

  • Practice supervisor skills to mentor colleagues and assessors student-level support
  • Passion for clinical advancement and mentorship in a nurturing, collaborative culture*
