Home Manager – Exceptional Care Home (Halesowen, Birmingham)

You are one of UK’s leading healthcare providers, seeking a motivated Home Manager to oversee an innovative, purpose-built luxury care home specialising in residential and dementia care in the Halesowen, Birmingham area.


### About the Role

This is a brand new care home offering outstanding standards of care designed to promote person-centred support in a compassionate and empowering environment.


### Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations, upholding excellent standards of care
  • Manage the home’s budget efficiently, achieving financial targets while minimising costs
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to guarantee full occupancy and maximise resident referrals
  • Cultivate strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing their needs effectively

### Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience managing a nursing or residential home (mandatory)
  • Proven ability to navigate CQC standards and achieve outstanding ratings
  • Exceptional communication skills and capacity to build trust with internal/familial professionals
  • Strong marketing, commercial acumen, and experience in driving occupied care services
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Drive to expand and refine service quality and operations

  • Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum (full-time, permanent)
