BIOVIT is dedicated to improving health for people and the planet by using natural vitamins and minerals sourced from organically grown plants, fungi, and algae. Role Description

Are you a Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian experienced in the food industry and with a passion for natural nutrition?

We're looking to work with a credible and enthusiastic nutrition expert on a flexible, consultancy basis. In this role, you'll:

  • Provide expert input across product formulation, customer nutrition queries, marketing communications, and wider nutrition-related projects.
  • Get involved in trade shows and presentations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping to ensure our products, messaging, and innovation activities remain scientifically robust and nutritionally sound.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Nutrition Science, with the ability to apply current evidence-based practice to product development and consumer-facing communications.
  • Relevant professional registration (Registered Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian) and a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field.
  • Experience in Product Formulation, including advising on ingredient selection, micronutrient fortification, and reformulation for health and functionality.
  • Skills in Nutrition Communication, with the ability to translate complex science into clear, accurate messaging for customers, marketing teams, and media.
  • Familiarity with natural and functional foods, and confidence interpreting and applying nutrition-related scientific research.
  • Comfortable handling customer nutrition queries directly, with a client-focused and approachable manner.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with strong attention to scientific accuracy and ethical practice.
  • Flexibility to support ad hoc projects, trade shows, and presentations, and willingness to represent the brand publicly as needed.
