We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Registered Service Manager to join the team as a Registered Manager in our Doncaster Personalised Services.

You’ll be joining a team including 3 other established and experienced registered managers to manage some of the Doncaster Services. Our services support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of concern and mental health needs in the Doncaster area.

Every person we support has their own story, strengths and aspirations, and we’re looking for a manager who is visible, approachable and actively engaged in daily life across the services.

Lead With Presence. Make a Lasting Difference.

At Creative Support, our culture is about seeing things with your own eyes, knowing the people we support as individuals, building trust with families, and anticipating issues before they arise. You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team with a proactive, professional and person-centred approach.

As a Registered Service Manager you will ensure that our services are of the highest quality, and meet all CQC standards and contract requirements. You will demonstrate this through co-ordinating comprehensive quality and contract monitoring processes. You will ensure that the care and support delivered is truly personalised and provided in accordance with agreed support plans, enabling the people we support to thrive, have a good quality of life and develop community connections. You will promote and reinforce an open culture of responsive, person-centred practice and active support across the services, with relationships based on respect and unconditional positive regard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
