Location: Milesian Manor Lifestyle Care Home, 9 Ballyheifer Road, Magherafelt

About the Role
This full-time Registered Staff Nurse position (available for day and night shifts) is critical within Milesian Manor, a friendly, caring, and progressive Nursing Home. As part of the nursing team, you will:
- Deliver excellence in care in line with Company, NMC, RQIA, and HSCT standards.
- Ensure the health, well-being, and quality of life of residents.
- Develop personalised care plans, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and make clinical decisions.
- Administer medications, maintain resident records, and provide professional support to care staff.
Key Responsibilities & Aspects of the Role
- Ensure compliance with Company, NMC, RQIA, and HSCT regulations.
- Act with professional autonomy in clinical, safeguarding, and accreditation compliance.
- Tailor care plans in consultation with relatives and professionals.
- Work collaboratively with medical, social care, and diagnostic services.
- Provide compassionate, dignified support at all stages of residents’ illness.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure medication administration safety.

Essential Criteria
✅ Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a current active NMC registration. ✅ Up-to-date PREPP (Fundamentals of Care), Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and Patient Charter training. ✅ Proficiency in elderly care, safeguarding standards, and health and safety. ✅ Excellent communication skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. ✅ Ability to prioritise workload efficiently. ✅ Empathetic, compassionate approach aligned with resident-centered care. ✅ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting well-being. ✅ Flexibility to meet organisation requirements; no rotational preferences (commuting locations may apply). ✅ Fluency in English (written & spoken) and valid right to work/enter the UK. ✅ Good general health and medical fitness for duty.
Desirable Criteria
- Preferable prior experience in Nursing Home/Care settings.
- Management and team leadership skills for supervisory/care roles.

Preferred Skills Required
📌 Nurses with:
- RGN/RMN/RNLD qualifications and valid floral registration.
- Shift flexibility (evenings, weekends, and public holidays required).
- Permission to work/enter the UK legally.
🌟 Desired Experience:
- Prior Eldercare Nursing within residential care settings.
- Leadership in Caring Teams (supervision, training).
- Togetherodeviated minimum 1 year
