Are you a Veterinary Nurse looking to be part of a supportive and friendly team? If so, we have the perfect role for you at Bridgwater Vets for Pets!

We would like to hear from both full and part time applicants, who are able to work 1 in 4 weekends, and with no OOHs.

You will be working alongside a fantastic team of 5 vets, 4 nurses, 1 student nurse, 4 client care advisors and a practice manager. We are a close team and have developed a great relationship with the local community, growing a loyal and varied client base.

By joining us you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential including theatre nursing, anaesthesia, nurse consults and in-patient care. You'll be working from a well-equipped surgery with in-house lab machines, digital X-rays, ultrasound and Orthopaedic surgery kits. We are ideally located on the Bridgwater Retail Park, inside a busy Pets At Home store, with great access to the M5 giving easy links to Taunton and Weston Super Mare.

We are looking for someone with solid general nursing experience and excellent client care skills. The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, down-to-earth, and have a genuine passion for animal welfare. As a first-opinion practice, no two days are the same – some can be very busy while others are quieter, which keeps the role varied and interesting.
