Our Vets for Pets surgery in Prestwich is eager to welcome an enthusiastic and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our warm and experienced team. Based inside Pets at Home on Bury New Road, our location offers easy access to Manchester City Centre (just 30 minutes away) and the coast (less than an hour away), making it ideal for a perfect work-life balance.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Earn between £29,000 to £34,000 depending on your experience.
- Flexible Hours: We are truly flexible allowing you a great work-life balance, so please let us know what you are looking for. No out-of-hours or on-call requirements. This role will include Saturdays and Bank holidays on a rota basis.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in veterinary nursing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Effective team player with a systematic approach to decision-making
- Strong organizational skills to carry out your role effectively
- Friendly, down-to-earth personality with a genuine interest in animal welfare
We actively encourage our nurses to run their own clinics and perform Schedule 3 procedures, empowering you to expand your skills and make a real impact on our patients' lives.
