About Us

Having opened in spring 2021, the practice has a high calibre of equipment and mod-cons, and is based on the Handforth Retail Park, under 30 minutes from Manchester City Centre and only 5 minutes from Manchester International Airport, making it the perfect location for getaways, or trips home during your time off.

Join our close-knit team consisting of 3 experienced RVNs with qualifications in diagnostic imaging and feline nursing, 2 SVNs, 2 VCAs and 4 vets with qualifications in surgery and oncology. We take pride in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where every team member's contributions are valued. We pride ourselves on a good work-life balance and therefore make sure to have protected breaks throughout the day and share in all the tasks ahead.

About the Role

This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week, including 1 in 4 weekends. We're happy to be flexible for the right candidate and can also consider applications from those seeking up to 32 hours per week.

We fully support your growth by offering opportunities for Schedule 3 training. Two of our nurses have already completed Schedule 3, and we actively encourage this professional development. Additionally, we provide uncapped CPD to ensure you stay at the forefront of veterinary medicine.

We are looking for a nurse who is enthusiastic about all aspects of veterinary nursing, including surgical nursing, patient monitoring, and conducting nurse clinics. Whether you're a newly qualified RVN looking for your first role or an experienced veterinary nurse seeking a fresh challenge, we'd love to hear from you. With a salary range of £29k - £34k FTE, depending on experience.
