Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. Working in the Housing Solution team for Redditch Borough Council we are looking to recruit a Registrations Advisor to support a busy team. The role is a blend of a hybrid working arrangement of home based combined with working in the office supporting a front of house service. Our customers are diverse and often have vulnerabilities so you will need to have a flexible, empathetic and positive approach to a role that can be both challenging and highly rewarding.

Key Requirements
It is an exciting opportunity for someone who has great organisational skills, is able to problem solve, has the ability to apply and interpret policy and procedures and who enjoys working with people.
Ideally you will have knowledge and understanding of the legal and statutory framework to social housing services.
Skills & Experience
- Great administration and communication skills
- Proven ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Experience of meeting targets/ deadlines
- Willing to work in a pressurised environment
- Proficient IT skills
