Sandwell’s Bereavement Services provide a range of essential services to families at what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives.
We are seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our award-winning Bereavement Services team based at Sandwell Valley Crematorium.
The Role
The successful applicant will have the experience or be able to demonstrate the necessary skills to confidently advise families and stakeholders on all aspects of bereavement-related services.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative office environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communication over the telephone
- Experience in cash handling procedures
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- G.C.S.E Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
