Regulatory Affairs Intern – Your future position?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Fragrance & Beauty Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) team, in the role of Regulatory Affairs Intern. Set within the Regulatory Affairs team based out of our offices in Ashford, Kent (Great Britain), your primary responsibility will be to work closely alongside our Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, providing support on day to day activities.
You will be responsible for several data extraction tasks that are key to supporting Givaudan’s clients as well as internal business stakeholders. Within these tasks you will liaise with our global RAPS teams to support business continuity and agility. In parallel, your role will involve supporting regulatory surveillance activities. Longer term, you will have the opportunity to provide additional administrative, where necessary, support to other RAPS members.

In this exciting role, you will:
- Interact with globally dispersed functional teams within Givaudan to complete RAPS activities as required.
- Assist Senior RAPS team members to complete and manage data tasks capabilities.
- Generate and upload to internal systems, Regulatory documentation for Givaudan external clients, with a prior thorough review of all information to ensure complete accuracy of the task.
- Provide additional administrative support to RAPS specialists and management as required.

Your required competencies:
- A strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to be flexible to changing situations and adapt to try new activities.
- Experience in using Excel alongside other well-developed administrative and MS Office skills.
- Previous involvement in group project work, involving collaboration and partnering for success.
- Keenness to learn about and stay ahead of the curve on ever-changing industry regulations and trends.
- Experience or interest within the FMCG industry, data science or within business studies is welcomed.
