What you’ll be doing
As a Regulatory Manager, you will lead a talented team of subject matter experts, driving regulatory strategies that underpin our new product development. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet compliance standards while enabling successful launches in the UK and beyond. Your expertise will help shape our regulatory positions and policies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the beauty industry.
Key responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and manage a team of four regulatory experts, enabling effective product strategies.
- Strategy: Set a regulatory strategy that supports new product development and successful market launches.
- Product Development & Compliance: Oversee regulatory activities that align with our three-year global product development plan.
- Horizon Scanning: Build strong external networks and represent No7 Beauty Company, identifying threats and opportunities in the regulatory landscape.
- Processes & Governance: Develop efficient processes to streamline regulatory activities across new product development and existing product lines.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Experience within the cosmetic/OTC sector.
- 5 years’ experience in a regulatory environment.
- A pragmatic, logical, and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to forge strong partnerships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing, motivating, and integrating teams.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in global regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in product development.
