Our customer, a global bank is looking for an experienced Regulatory Change Project Manager to support a high-profile regulatory change programme focused on the evolving UK crypto-asset regulatory landscape. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for someone with strong project management experience within financial services and regulatory change.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a regulatory change programme covering multiple FCA regulatory initiatives.
- Track regulatory obligations, project plans, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate regulatory impact assessments across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and other business teams.
- Organise governance meetings, prepare materials for senior stakeholders, and monitor actions and decisions.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely implementation of regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience delivering regulatory change or large cross-functional projects within financial services.
- Strong understanding of UK financial regulations (FCA experience preferred; PRA knowledge is beneficial).
- Experience with governance, regulatory impact assessments, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to digital assets, crypto regulation, or other emerging regulatory frameworks is desirable.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills.
