Regulatory Compliance and Quality Administrator

Job Purpose
The role supports the Regulatory Compliance and Quality Lead to ensure that the Trust meets its legal and regulatory obligations. This includes supporting robust compliance processes and undertaking key administrative duties associated with regulatory requirements.
About the Role
This position is central to maintaining effective coordination and support for the Trust’s regulatory and quality functions. Working closely with the Regulatory Compliance and Quality Lead, successful candidates will maintain high standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regulatory compliance processes across the Trust
- Manage team communication channels and inboxes
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Offer assistance to the Regulatory Compliance and Quality Lead in meeting quality and compliance requirements

Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact for the team, managing inquiries and day-to-day administrative tasks. Assist in maintaining routine regulatory compliance and quality procedures. Provide essential administrative support, including:
- Diary management
- Meeting coordination
- Minute-taking
- General office organisation
