An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Lead to join a rapidly growing residential real estate and property management platform backed by a leading global institutional investor.
This hands-on role will work across compliance and risk management across a large-scale UK residential portfolio of 12,500+ homes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the group-wide compliance framework
- Managing and mentoring a team of five compliance professionals
- Overseeing AML, KYC, sanctions compliance and financial crime controls
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, ARLA, RICS and TPO standards
- Managing risk registers, governance processes and audit interaction
- Supporting ESG reporting and Building Safety Act compliance
- Leading compliance reporting for senior leadership and institutional stakeholders
- Partnering closely with operational, investment and finance teams across the business

We are looking to speak with candidates who have:
- Strong compliance and risk experience
- Background within property management, real estate, investment management or lettings
- Excellent knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR and regulatory governance frameworks
- Experience managing teams and operating within fast-paced, growth-oriented businesses
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to risk and compliance
