WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Definition of technical specifications related to various investment compliance requirements, ongoing review and optimization of the relevant business processes
- Advising the business in the areas of MiFID II/MiFIR, MAD/MAR, MiCAR, PSD II, SRD II, EMIR etc. to ensure adherence to the relevant regulatory requirements
- Monitoring of the development of the relevant regulatory and legal norms, regulatory horizon scanning across the EU member states
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders in all arising questions regarding investment compliance
- Preparation of reports for management and for supervisory authorities, processing of inquiries of the EU supervisory authorities
- Close collaborative cooperation with other departments, in particular Risk, Legal, Finance and People
- Continuous training in various compliance topics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Successfully completed studies in economics, law or business law or comparable studies
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the area of investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms, in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory and legal requirements, and/or
- Several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, MaDepot, MiCAR etc. as well as of other prominent EU regulatory frameworks
- English fluency is a must, German and other EU languages are an advantage
