About The Role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure our products meet legal and policy requirements while delivering real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
Revolut is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to implement finance and treasury regulatory frameworks. This role ensures oversight on relevant obligations and related controls.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing oversight on compliance obligations for finance and treasury operations across the business
- Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping
- Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
- Reviewing first-line of defence (1LoD) compliance approvals for finance and treasury products, and providing appropriate feedback
- Ensuring a robust, company-wide training and competency programme
- Overseeing horizon scanning for relevant geographies
- Reviewing and challenging 1LoD review of incidents to ensure effective remediation
- Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending solutions to promote compliance

What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
- Expertise in finance and treasury regulatory obligations (safeguarding, CASS, depositor protection, global booking models, FRTB, etc.)
- A university degree in STEM, business, or finance
- Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
- Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
- A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
- The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
