Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves providing specialized legal support to ensure compliance and manage contractual obligations. The position requires expertise in analyzing legal documents and maintaining records of legal activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct research on legal issues, including case law and statutes, to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of legal memoranda, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Manage and organize legal documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility for audits or reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and mitigate risks in business operations.
