Regulatory Compliance Specialist – AI RegTech
📍 London (hybrid)
Our Client, a high-growth AI RegTech firm in London, is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to help shape and deliver next-generation compliance solutions. The company partners with major financial institutions and is building technology that translates complex regulations into actionable logic.
About the Role
- Break down regulatory texts into clear requirements and frameworks
- Collaborate with product/engineering to embed regulatory logic into AI models
- Review AI outputs as a Human-in-the-Loop for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct compliance assessments, obligation mapping, and gap analyses

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance or non-financial risk
- Background in either:
- Scale-up businesses
- Consultancies
- RegTech
- Does not need to be AI-fluent but must be:
- A fast learner
- Keen to grow in the AI domain within compliance
- Law degree beneficial
