Key Responsibilities

You'll make an impact by:

  • Operating regulatory and control activities across UK Specialty Lines to ensure timely, high-quality control execution.
  • Producing clear, accurate control documentation and management information for effective oversight and decision-making.
  • Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to:
    • Close control actions
    • Enhance processes
    • Reduce risk across multiple products
  • Supporting regulatory change through:
    • Control design and implementation
    • Embedding new/updated controls in business processes
  • Delivering training and coaching on regulatory and control topics to build capability and confidence.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of UK Specialty or Commercial insurance environments and related regulatory/control requirements.
  • Experience in:
    • Creating high-quality documentation
    • Operating controls within a structured framework
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influence skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement approaches to boost efficiency, consistency, and customer outcomes.
  • Proven relationship management skills for complex collaboration.
