Key Responsibilities
You'll make an impact by:
- Operating regulatory and control activities across UK Specialty Lines to ensure timely, high-quality control execution.
- Producing clear, accurate control documentation and management information for effective oversight and decision-making.
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to:
- Close control actions
- Enhance processes
- Reduce risk across multiple products
- Supporting regulatory change through:
- Control design and implementation
- Embedding new/updated controls in business processes
- Delivering training and coaching on regulatory and control topics to build capability and confidence.

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for:
- Knowledge of UK Specialty or Commercial insurance environments and related regulatory/control requirements.
- Experience in:
- Creating high-quality documentation
- Operating controls within a structured framework
- Strong communication, coaching, and influence skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to apply continuous improvement approaches to boost efficiency, consistency, and customer outcomes.
- Proven relationship management skills for complex collaboration.
