Regulatory Investigations & Litigation Lawyers (Data Privacy)

We are keen to speak with qualified lawyers who are specialists in regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, litigation and regulatory risk management. This is an excellent opportunity to work with our client on complex, high-profile matters across multiple jurisdictions within a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environments.

What you should have:

  • Substantive experience in privacy and data protection, particularly within EMEA.
  • Litigation or regulatory investigation and enforcement experience, including managing proceedings or regulatory responses.
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security law.
  • Experience advising clients on risk mitigation across technology product platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical and commercially focused guidance for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, policy, product, business and external counsel.
  • Proven track record of developing legal processes, playbooks and scalable compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, troubleshoot and solve problems in a creative and innovative manner.
  • Qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent common law lawyer with significant post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house legal team of a major tech company.
