What you'll be doing:

Avon is looking for a Regulatory Operations Specialist to join our international R&D team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you'll help ensure our products, claims, and packaging meet regulatory requirements across multiple markets while partnering with teams across EMEA and APAC.

As the Regulatory Operations Specialist, you'll support the regulatory compliance of Avon and partner brands across international markets. You'll review product labels, packaging artwork, marketing claims, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You'll manage product notifications for the EU and UK, provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams, and work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Sourcing, and external partners to support product launches and maintain uninterrupted supply. You'll also contribute to key regulatory and business projects that help deliver products to market efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and approving product labels, artwork, ingredient listings, warnings, and usage instructions for regulatory compliance across EMEA markets.
  • Assessing product and marketing claims for use across websites, promotional materials, training content, and digital assets.
  • Managing EU and UK cosmetic product notifications and maintaining regulatory tracking systems.
  • Supporting regulatory compliance activities related to REACH registration requirements and imported products.
  • Partnering with Product Development, Marketing, Planning, Sourcing, and regional regulatory teams to support successful product launches.
  • Providing regulatory information for websites, online retailers, distributors, and internal product information systems.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects focused on product compliance, reformulations, artwork updates, and speed-to-market initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
