Role Overview
As a Regulatory Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory products and processes are managed effectively across mobile, fixed, and converged services. You will take ownership of end-to-end regulatory operations, helping to ensure compliance with Ofcom requirements while supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality customer communications. This is a role where attention to detail, strong governance, and a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks come together to protect both customers and the business.
In this role, you will oversee the in-life performance of regulatory products, managing data, reporting, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will work with stakeholders across legal, compliance, product, and operations to coordinate updates, respond to regulatory enquiries, and support ongoing improvements. Alongside this, you will analyze performance, manage incidents and risks, and drive continuous optimization of processes to ensure regulatory obligations are delivered effectively and efficiently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
