The Regulatory Readiness Integrity Obligation Management Team

The Regulatory Readiness Integrity Obligation Management team works across regulatory domains and partners closely with Legal, Policy, Operations, and Product to understand and respond to key external pressures that could impact Meta's businesses. We work with our partners to develop and scale Meta's end-to-end Regulatory Readiness program. The Regulatory Readiness Program Manager supporting a given regulatory area is central to ensuring Product can identify how external pressures may impact current and/or future product plans. This is a full-time role providing coverage for Meta's APAC regulatory portfolio within the Integrity domain.

This role is suitable for those seeking to work closely with product teams on a daily basis, and for those seeking to understand how regulatory, competitive, and legal matters relate to Meta's data practices and product offerings. As this is a highly visible role that requires leadership, good stakeholder management, technical know-how, and well-structured and scalable operations, the successful candidate should navigate ambiguity by defining structure, clarifying priorities, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams and have a desire to solve complex regulatory and operational challenges. This role will work with leadership including executives at the company, on some of the biggest priorities for the company.

Regulatory Readiness Program Manager, Integrity Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Regulatory Readiness integrity obligation portfolio across APAC jurisdictions (e.g., India, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Australia), prioritizing high-risk obligations and coordinating XFN responses to enforcement deadlines and regulatory developments
  • Ensure Product is aware of external pressures identified by Legal, Policy, and teams working forecasting and analysis of the competitive landscape
  • Lead gap analyses that allow Product teams to more easily identify deltas between new regulations and existing product and/or strategic positions
  • Identify opportunities for alignment across domains
  • Work with teams across domains to identify conflicting requirements and initiatives and improve collaboration across groups responsible for long-term regulatory strategy
  • Scale the capacity of the Regulatory Readiness team through process optimization, right-sizing, and up-skilling
  • Drive progress on priority work-streams and help build decision-making frameworks and deliverables
  • Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences, including leadership

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
