Your Role

We're hiring Regulatory Operations Analysts through our Elevate Programme in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in operations, regulatory reporting, financial services, compliance, risk, data analysis, or a similar business environment who are looking to develop their careers within a structured and highly regulated operational function.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of Business As Usual (BAU) regulatory reporting activities across multiple regulatory regimes, including MiFID II, REMIT, EMIR, and SFTR. You'll work across reporting, reconciliations, investigations, management information, and process improvement activities, helping ensure that regulatory reporting remains accurate, complete, and compliant.

If you're someone who enjoys analytical work, can manage competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes, this could be a great fit.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for professionals with 2-4 years of experience who have developed strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills within an operational, regulatory, compliance, financial services, or business support environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
