As their Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the regulatory reporting framework and supporting effective governance across Finance, Treasury, and Risk. By ensuring regulatory returns, prudential documentation, and governance processes are accurate, timely, and well controlled, the role supports sound decision-making, regulatory compliance, and the long-term financial sustainability.

Duties

  • Manage the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory returns to the PRA, FCA, Bank of England, and other relevant bodies.
  • Ensure regulatory returns are accurate, complete, timely, and supported by appropriate evidence and review.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and review of key Finance and Treasury-related policies, ensuring updates are timely and appropriately approved.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of key regulatory documents, including ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan, and related Board materials.
  • Support Treasury and ALCO reporting, including liquidity, funding, capital, stress testing, and treasury performance information.

Requirements

The successful individual will possess:

  • Strong experience in regulatory reporting.
  • Experience working in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in a PRA/FCA-regulated environment.
