We are looking for a Regulatory Specialist to join our team to manage compliance of product information that meets regulations both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Support internal customers (Sales, Research & Development, Application Service)
- Interpret regulations
- Provide information to address external customer needs
- Implement and maintain the product information database (PLM system)
- Manage product documentation and product conformity
- Facilitate the completion of customer questionnaires
- Participate in national and international project teams
- Inform, train, and advise internal customers on regulatory topics
- Conduct regulatory presentations in internal meetings with stakeholders
- Implement new national and international regulations within the team and for the organisation

Requirements
- A university degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum of five years of regulatory experience in the food industry
- Experience working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to gain and apply extensive knowledge of regional and international food regulations
- Experience interpreting and summarising technical information
- Extensive experience in product information database (PLM system) implementation
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Experience with a computerized inventory management program (beneficial)
- Professional working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Additional language proficiencies are an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
