Regulatory Specialist

Regulatory Specialist

We are looking for a Regulatory Specialist to join our team to manage compliance of product information that meets regulations both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal customers (Sales, Research & Development, Application Service)
    • Interpret regulations
    • Provide information to address external customer needs
  • Implement and maintain the product information database (PLM system)
    • Manage product documentation and product conformity
    • Facilitate the completion of customer questionnaires
  • Participate in national and international project teams
    • Inform, train, and advise internal customers on regulatory topics
  • Conduct regulatory presentations in internal meetings with stakeholders
  • Implement new national and international regulations within the team and for the organisation

Requirements

  • A university degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of regulatory experience in the food industry
    • Experience working both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to gain and apply extensive knowledge of regional and international food regulations
  • Experience interpreting and summarising technical information
  • Extensive experience in product information database (PLM system) implementation
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Experience with a computerized inventory management program (beneficial)
  • Professional working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
    • Additional language proficiencies are an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
