Location: Tamworth – Hybrid Contract Type: Fixed-term contract, full-time (with option for extension)
About the Role
As the largest pureplay adhesives company in the world, H.B. Fuller develops innovative coatings, adhesives, and sealants that enhance product quality, safety, and performance globally. With a mission to Connect What Matters, H.B. Fuller’s Regulatory Stewardship Specialist (EIMEA) plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance for the BAS business across the EU, the UK, Middle East, and Africa.
In this position, you’ll collaborate across disciplines, functions, and regions to support new product registrations, maintain product safety documentation, prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and manage regulatory agency reviews. Heavy knowledge of CLP, EU REACH, and UK REACH regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with UK REACH and EU REACH requirements • Review and verify product labelling in accordance with CLP and DG (Dangerous Goods) regulations • Author and update Safety Data Sheets for regulatory and customer use • Maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation (e.g., dossiers, assessments) and ensure accuracy for audits and inspections • Collaborate with technical, business, and regional teams to align documentation with legal obligations and customer needs

Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science, or Engineering
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent multidisciplinary collaboration and communication skills
- Self-motivation and resilience to work under pressure
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with ** Sapphire** (or similar SAP) regulatory workflows
- Prior experience in a technical/regulatory role, particularly within CLP or EU REACH/ECHA frameworks
- Hands-on knowledge of SDS authoring software (e.g., LEADINGprinciples, eGADS) and compliance databases
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
